A Comprehensive Birth Doula Package means I will be there during your pregnancy and birth, followed by checking in on you after birth and making sure your recovery and mental health is being cared for as well.
What will I do as your birth doula? I will provide continual advocacy, support, and resources for you every step of the way. My goal is to help educate you and make you feel confident in your body and your birth. If you are unsure about anything in your pregnancy or birth, I am there!
We will work together to form your birth preferences so you can feel trust in yourself when it is time to labor.
At your birth, I have a lot of options to help you rock each contraction - like essential oils, the famous birthing comb, massagers, journals, inspirational cards, and even nightlights! We will walk through the tools that will be most helpful for you, and go over everything you want to bring or have available to you from the hospital. We will make you feel comfortable. Scheduling a C-section? I will be there for you as that is one incredible surgery to do just on your own, and there are decisions to be made pre-op, post-op, and in the operating room.
This birth is YOURS and we are going to power through it together. I am also there for your partner, if needed. A lot of the times, our partners don’t know how to help or feel lost in the process. I am there to make sure they feel empowered as well.
